Nougatine

They first made their appearance at the beginning of the 20th century, a period in which Literary Cafés and stories by Emilio Salgari were in vogue. Thus this bon bon was created, its wrapping portraying an Indian boy wearing a turban. Since then the recipe has remained the same, faithful to the original recipe: a heart of ground Piedmont Hazelnut IGP mixed with caramel, coated with pure dark chocolate.
