Cuor di Cacao was first published at the end of summer 2009.
In technical terms this publication should be considered a 'House Organ', it being simply a means with which to rapidly reach all those who appreciate our work, or those who are just getting to know our chocolate.
The target we set ourselves was to make known the philosophy of Venchi, our goals and how we intend to reach them through scrupulous work centred on quality. We wanted to present the novelites regarding our company as regards both products and collaborations. It was a new way of presenting Venchi to its public, which is perhaps why Cuor di Cacao News has had such a huge success.
