Venchi's mission is to develop, produce and present the BEST QUALITY chocolate in all its forms (solid, liquid and frozen) and shapes (slabs, bars, pralines, etc).
QUALITY is not an abstract concept, but a concrete set of actions that we follow every day, in strict compliance with the following rules:
RAW MATERIALS carefully selected every day and every season
Coatings: cocoa comes from the best Criollo plantations in Latin America and West Africa.
Fillings: no trace of hydrogenated fats, fractioned fats or any other synthetic oil derivatives; No vegetable fats other than hazelnut, cocoa butter, pistachio, olive oil and almonds.
Hazelnuts are grown solely in Piedmont.
Use of genuine ingredients
We have never used any of the following: food preservatives, artificial colourings and bodying agents, mono-diglicerides of fatty agents, chemical aromas, food additives or taste enhancers
The whole of our range is completely gluten free and our Chocolight Lineis sweetened with maltitol, a maize derivative.

Our production batches are small, enabling us to guarantee maximum freshness when the products arrive in shops and sale locations. In Venchi stores products are displayed bare and without packaging, they are then picked individually by an assistant and packaged in personalized gift boxes, giving customers the authentic experience of a traditional Piedmontese "Cioccolateria".
