Payment and shipping
Shipping is one of those topics that can be a pain to understand, which is why we want to explain how we work.
You will find some useful information below.
We ship worldwide with UPS as this is usually a very fast service and every box we ship out with them is fully traceable, meaning we know what's going on at any time and if something gets lost we have control over the process.

A commercial invoice is issued with all shipments as we are required by law to include this. You will receive it by email.
You can choose from the following payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and Paypal or bank transfer.
Payment on delivery (Italy only) has an additional cost of 6€
We can ship our chocolate worldwide using UPS taking care of packaging and temperature until arrival at the final destination.
The boxes we ship are fully traceable, so we know what's going on at any time.
A commercial invoice is issued with all shipments as we are required by law to include this. You will receive it by email. For extra CEE shipment your commercial invoice is also sent with shipment.
International shipping adds another layer of complexity as we can't control any local charges that you may or may not incur, for example you may need to pay brockerage fees as well as local duties and taxes in your country but these are costs that are out of our control and cannot be quoted by us.
Delivery costs depend on your exact shipping address and the combination of items in your basket, therefore they will be calculated at the moment you reach the checkout.
Why are the delivery costs so high? They aren't. They are the costs that UPS offers us direclty, we don't add on any hidden fees. But we are not a leading e-commerce company and we don't ship the same volumes, so our costs may be higher than typical costs.

Unfortunately we can't ship to PO Boxes, sorry, we need a real physical home or business address and a way of contacting you if we need to.
Lastly, our packaging. We only use Venchi branded boxes, with a recipient label and personalized ribbon.
If you receive a box that has been tampered with or that is damaged, remember to indicate it when you sign the carrier invoice.
